To the Brown Family: We were so saddened to learn of Mr. Brown's passing. He had been our plumber for many years and was always here when we needed him. But that is no where appreciated as was his kindness, patience and sincerity. What a wonderful man!

I am saddened to learn of Carl's passing. I only met him once, in June, when he came to fix a plumbing issue at my mother's house. My father passed away in April, and she was feeling a bit overwhelmed; the plumbing issue was a worry to her. Carl was so kind, helpful, and honest, and he fixed the problem swiftly and solidly. I am thankful for the peace of mind he afforded my mom and me in our time of heartbreak, and I send love and peace to his family.
