Julie Ann (Kaman) Schuh

 Julie A. (Kaman) Schuh, 44, of Berlin Heights, formerly of Sandusky, passed away peacefully late Friday night, December 8, 2017, surrounded by her family in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, after a courageous three year battle with cancer.
   Born on September 10, 1973, in Sandusky, OH the daughter of Ronald J. and Geraldine A. (Yontz) Kaman.  She was a 1992 graduate of St. Mary's Catholic High School.  For nearly 20 years, she had worked as a secretary at the Fisher-Titus Medical Center, in Norwalk.  Her family will remember her on how she was real "BIG" on tradition and didn't like change of any sort.  Julie enjoyed reading books, but she especially loved her two sons and her family.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
   Julie is survived by her husband of  of 20 years, Stephen a. Schuh, whom she married on September 20, 1997; her two sons, Nathan O. and Andrew D. Schuh at home; her mother, Geraldine A. "Gerry" Kaman of Sandusky; two sisters, Patricia M. "Patti" (Larry) Lippert  and Vicky A. (Matt) Nye, both of Castalia; two brothers, Ronald L. (Kathy) Kaman and Larry A. (Nancy) Kaman, both of Sandusky; and nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald J. "Ron" Kaman on June 12, 2006.
   At her request, cremation will take place.  The family will receive friends on Thursday morning, December 14, 2017, from 9 am until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Avenue, Sandusky.  Fr. Joe Steinbauer officiating.  Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
   The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Cancer Services of Erie County, 505 E. Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870; to Stein Hospice Service, inc., 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870 or to the Piggyback Foundation, 31 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH  44857.
