Terry Lee Joiner

Terry L. Joiner, 66, of Castalia, OH passed away peacefully late Friday evening, September 10, 2021, with family at his side in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, after a  an unexpected sudden illness .
   Born on May 3, 1955, in Sandusky, OH the son of Robert Leo and Dolores Ann (Kromer) Joiner.  Terry was a 1973 graduate of Perkins High School.  For 35 years, he had worked at the Pic - N - Pay Grocery Store and later worked at RestorePro, for a while, and eventually at Ventra Sandusky.   He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Over the years, Terry was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed spending his time fishing and hunting.  
   He was a member of the N.R.A. and the National Wild Turkey Association.
   Terry is survived by a daughter, Kristi L. Puckrin; his son, Brandon L. (Sieara) Joiner; his four grandchildren, Addilynn and Wyatt Puckrin  and Jace and Jocelyn Joiner; a sister, Kim (Tom) Hermes; and his brother, Gary (Debra) Joiner all of Sandusky. 
   He was preceded in death by his parents. 
   Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 4-7 pm at the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.  Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, September 16, 2021, at 10 am at the funeral home. Rev. Mel Sayler officiating.  It was his wish to be cremated following the funeral services.  Burial will be in the Bloomingville Cemetery, Oxford Township, OH.
