 Sue A. (Ohlemacher) Pfefferkorn, 69, of Sandusky, passed away early Monday evening, June 13, 2022, in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
  Born on November 24, 1952, in Sandusky, OH the daughter of Thomas Keith and Leota Mae (Bonderer) Ohlemacher.  She was a 1970 graduate of Sandusky High School.  Sue was a retiree of New Departure-Hyatt Inc. (a Division of General Motors).  
   Her world revolved around family and friends as she enjoyed spending time with them and her many grandchildren; from going to Cedar Point, to birthday parties and holidays.  When Sue wasn't with family and friends, she loved watching her "Soapies" (soap operas), Hallmark movies, collecting Beanie Babies and Hallmark Ornaments, shopping and wine ("yum").  Sue and her husband were members of the Car Clubs, "Remember Cruising" and Car Coddlers for many years; going to many car club events and cruising the streets with friends.  With the love of the 50's & 60's came the addition of their prize Wurlitzer Jukebox that the entire family enjoyed.  Those who knew Sue were blessed to witness someone with truly a kind and loving heart and fun spirit.
   Sue A. (Ohlemacher) Pfefferkorn is survived by her daughter, Jody S. Ach (Zavala) of Huron, OH; and step-daughter, Julie A. (Robert) Gau of Lakewood Ranch, FL; her 13 grandchildren, Tyler Zavala, Tabitha Zavala, Garrett Cole, Alyse Zavala, Alexa Brummett, Aaron (Abbey) Brummett, Ajay Brummett, David (Amanda) Gau, Michael (Abbey) Gau and Jennifer Gau, Matthew (Lisa) Crouch, Joshua (Dana) Crouch, Christopher (Mallory) Smith; 13 great-grandchildren, Brycen Resor, Hailee Crouch, Seth Crouch, Skyler Timbs, Aidan Tuttle, Kylie Reitz, Alaina Brummett, Juniper Thompson, Kailo Thompson, Rowan Gau, Everly Gau, Ava Gau and Oliver Smith; her three sisters, Connie Foster, Lori Halbeisen and Chris Johnson; a brother, Doug (Julie) Ohlemacher; her sister-in-law, Marilyn Mingione of Mesa, AZ; her daughter-in-law, Heidi Zavala of Milan, OH; and her very special and dear friends, Bob and Linda Beaudin, JoAnn (and her late husband, John) Snoble, Dave and Sue Weiland and Sandy (and her late husband, Rodger) Best.
   She was preceded in death by her spouse of 43 years, Charles "Chris" Pfefferkorn; her son, Jeremy J. Zavala; her parents; and her brother, Dale Ohlemacher.
   No visitation will be held.  A graveside service will be held on Thursday afternoon, June 16, 2022, at 1 pm at Oakland Cemetery, 2917 Milan Road, Sandusky, OH.  Rev. Wally Gilbert officiating.
   Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
