Ronald T. Weedman, 84, of Sandusky, passed away late Tuesday evening, October 27, 2020, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky, after a brief illness.
Born on March 22, 1936, in Sandusky, OH the son of Gus Clinton and Alice Mary (Walters) Weedman. He was a graduate of Milan High School. Ron served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He had worked at the Sandusky Ford Motor Company for 30 years, before retiring.
Ron enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and going out fishing.
He had been a member of the American Legion Post #83 and a former member of the V.F.W. Post #2529 and the AMVETS Post #17.
Ron is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Gale) Cunningham of Huron; his son, Eric (Kathy) Weedman of Sandusky; and eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers and sisters.
It was Ron's wish to be cremated. Private family services to be held.
