Marcus Paul Tremmel

Marcus P. "Marc" Tremmel, 48, of Toledo, formerly of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, March 14, 2020, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, in Toledo, from natural causes.
   Born on May 29, 1971 in Sandusky, OH the son of Michel Edward and Gayle Ann (Frankart) Tremmel.  He was a 1989 graduate of Sandusky Central Catholic High School and later graduated from the University of Toledo.  Marc will be remembered by his family as being one truly die hard Ohio State Buckeye fan.  In his earlier days, while he attended college, he loved playing rugby and has been over the past  several years a big fan in watching the games played in the Premier and the Champions Soccer Leagues.
   He is survived by his wife, Anna M. (Huls) Tremmel; his mother, Gayle A. (Frankart) Tremmel; an aunt, Susan (Lance) Marchky; his four uncles, Gregory (Sue), Jr., Donald (Diane), David (Catherine), and Denis (Patricia) Frankart; and several cousins.
   Marc was preceded in death by his father, Michel E. Tremmel (2008), his maternal grandmother, Willowdean (Brownell) Judge and grandfather, Gregory N. Frankart; his paternal grandmother, Helen (Donahue) Tremmel and grandfather, Milton Tremmel.
   Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, from 4-7 pm at the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.  A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 10 :00 AM at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 510 Columbus Ave, Sandusky.   Inurnment will take place in the Calvary Cemetery Columbarium, Sandusky.
