James R. "Jim" Corbin, 58, of Sandusky, passed away late Tuesday morning, August 4, 2020, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky.
Born on November 24, 1961, in Sandusky, OH the son of Russell Harold and Dorothy Louise (Bouy) Corbin, Sr. Jim had lived in Vickery and attended Margaretta High School. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Jim is survived by his children, Brett and Brad Corbin of Cody, Wyoming and Cory Corbin of Clyde, OH; his sisters, Martha (Bruce) Held of Clyde and Nancy (Andy) Screptok of Toledo; his brother, Joseph Corbin of Clyde; and his companion, Jen Henley of Sandusky; brother-in-law, John Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Missie and Laurie; his brothers, Russell, Gary and Ralph; and 2 nephews, Shane Corbin and Johnny Anderson.
It was Jim's wish to be cremated. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday afternoon, August 12, at 2 pm at McPherson Cemetery, US 20, in Clyde, OH.
Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
