Howard F. Radde

 Howard F. Radde, 91, of Sandusky, passed away early Friday evening, October 31, 2025, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky.

   Born on August 8, 1934, in Sandusky, OH the son of Harold Arthur and Edith Hedwig (Hehrer) Radde.  He was a graduate of Sandusky High School.  Howard had been a longtime farmer and water hauler in the local area.  In years past he had also been a substitute mail carrier for a few years.

   He will be remembered by his family for how he enjoyed playing chess with his nephew and being an avid coin collector.

   Howard is survived by his two sisters, Elsie Burt of Cleveland, TN and Grace Wilson of Rockford, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

   He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Eloise Wright and Marilyn Radde.

   A graveside service will be held for Howard on Thursday afternoon, November 6, 2025, at 1:30 pm at Oakland Cemetery, 2917 Milan Road, Sandusky, OH.  Rev. Michael Conklin officiating.

   The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in his memory to one's favorite charity.
