Glinda "Fay" Branham, 59, of Sandusky, OH passed away late Friday afternoon, May 9, 2025, after a courageous battle with her lengthy illness.
Born on February 9, 1966, in Lorain, OH the daughter of Bobby Rufus and Lorene Nevada (Kilgore) Meade. She had worked for Goodwill Industries for a few years. Her family will remember her for how she loved to read, had a love for the arts by coloring pictures and that she was a major collector of pig figurines and artifacts.
Fay was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia "Trish" "Sissy" Branham; a son, Hurman "Turk" Branham; two brothers, Doug Meade and Rick (Jane) Phares; her three sisters, Jennifer (Al) Donato, Kristy (Jody) Sudberry and Pamela (Jeff) Sayers; and nieces and nephews.
Fay was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Anna Mae Meade; her husband, Michael "Mike" Branham (2004) a son, Kenneth Michael "Bubbie" Branham (1988); and two brothers, Randal Meade and Greg Kilgore.
It was her wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held for Fay on Wednesday morning, May 28, 2025 at 10:30 am, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1810 E. Perkins Avenue, Sandusky, OH. Rev. David L. Hixson officiating. Her cremains will be interred at a later date in Palms Memorial Park, in Sarasota, FL.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the family.
