Gary Lee Lawrence

 Gary Lee Lawrence, 65, of Sandusky,  passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at his residence.

   Born on September 8, 1958, in Sandusky, OH the son of Wayne Albert and Mary Julia (Hoelzer) Lawrence.  He was a 1976 graduate of Sandusky High School.  Gary had worked for nearly 30 years at the Ohio Veterans Home, in Sandusky, before retiring.

   He is survived by his son, Gary (Leah) Lawrence of Grafton; his two daughters, Victoria (Shawn) Ebinger of Sandusky and Autumn (Tim) Wagner of Clyde; his seven grandchildren; and his brother, Dale (Kathy) Lawrence of Sandusky; and his nieces and nephews.

   Gary was preceded in death by his parents; two half sisters, Carol (Farrell) Fresch and Judy Hunter; and a half  brother, Robert Farrell, Jr.

   A memorial service will be held for Gary on Tuesday morning, April 30, 2024, at 10 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Avenue, Sandusky.  Deacon Bill Burch officiating.

   Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
