Ed Brian Cody

 Ed B. Cody, 62, of Sandusky, passed from this world unexpectedly late Wednesday evening, March, 22, 2023, at his home.

   Born the 5th child of James Clay and Billie Jean (Bennett) Cody on November 4, 1960, in Sandusky, and he lived most of his life in the Sandusky area.

   As Ed travelled through life, he met many people and had many acquaintances, but he was honored to call Dr. Richard Keller and Dr. Susan Gallagher, "friend."

   Left to cherish his memory are his four sisters, Cathy Wilson, Debbie Ernst, Jennifer Cody and Robin Cody; wife, Marcia Kay (Anderson) Cody; and many nieces and nephews. 

   Ed was preceded in death by his parents; two older brothers, J.C. and Jeff; and three nieces, Angel Marie, Sarah and Kristen.

   Private visitation is to be held.  A graveside service will be held for Ed on Friday afternoon, April 7, 2023, at 1 pm at Sand Hill Cemetery, Mason Road, Sandusky, OH.

   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in honor of Ed to one's favorite charity.
