Cady Delaney Dankmyer

 Cady Delaney Dankmyer, 26, of Madison Heights, MI, formerly of Sandusky, passed away early Monday afternoon, July 27, 2020, in St. Clair Shores, MI, from natural causes.
   She was born on July 3, 1994, in Sandusky, OH the daughter of Richard G. Dankmyer Jr. and Donna D. Dante.  Cady was a 2012 graduate of Sandusky High School  and later attended college in Michigan.  She has been working as an Office Assistant  at M. Shapiro Real Estate Group, in Farmington Hills, MI.  Cady will be remembered by her family as being a very artistic girl and her love for the arts.   She also was one who loved life, living in the city, reading books, listening to all types of music, but she especially loved her family and her many special friends.
   Cady is survived by her mother, Donna D. (fiance', Douglas Downs) Dante of Sandusky; two sisters, Logan (fiance', Cody Arwood) Dankmyer and Izabella Fleming; a brother, Reynaldo Dante; a nephew, Brantley; and other relatives and her many special friends.
   She was preceded in death by her father.
   Visitation will be held on Monday, August 3, 2020, from 4 pm until time of the funeral services at 7 pm at the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.  Following the services it was requested that cremation will take place. Due to the COVID-19 health concerns, wearing of masks (will be offered) and social spacing will be required.  
   The family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association, Cleveland/Ohio Lakefront Office, 4500 Rockside Road, Suite 440, Independence, OH 44131 or to one's favorite charity.
