Brook Nicole Eversole

Heaven received their angel today after a long illness.   Brook N. Eversole, 40, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, February 19, 2023,  at the Parkvue Healthcare Center, Sandusky. 
   She was born on May 24, 1982, the daughter of Stephen Collins and Amy Jo (Eversole) Thomas.  Brook will be remembered for her highly contagious laugh and how she brought so much joy to those around her or to those she would come in to contact with.  She changed some many lives over the years.
   Brook is survived by her parents; a brother, Brandon Eversole (Jara) Thomas of Wooster; her niece, Riley; two aunts, Sandi Hula and Raylene Bayer, both of Castalia; her uncle, Ted (Debi) Eversole of Castalia; her maternal grandfather, Hugh Eversole of Sandusky; and numerous, aunts, uncles and other relatives.
   She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mabel Eversole; her paternal grandparents, Walter and Shirley Thomas; her cousin,  Adam Eversole; and other relatives.
   Private family services are to be held.  Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery, Castalia, OH at a later date.
   The family would like to offer a huge special thank you to the Parkvue Healthcare Center, which Brook considered her home for the past 18 years, and to the entire staff which showed great care and love to Brook for all these years.  Also, a very special thank you to Dr. Robinson and to Stein Hospice for their care.
   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her name to Stein Hospice Services, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870 or to the Community at Parkvue, 3800 Boardwalk Blvd., Sandusky, OH 44870.
   Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
