Brenda G. Anglin, 81, of Sandusky, passed away late Wednesday afternoon, June 16, 2021, surrounded by her family, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky, after a brief illness.
She was born July 3, 1939, in Mansfield, OH, to James and Grace (Carrr) Brown. She was a 1957 graduate of St. Cecelia High School; Englewood, NJ. After high school Brenda returned to Mansfield Ohio where she met and married the love of her life, Thomas T. Anglin on June 10, 1961. Brenda worked for many years as an insurance agent prior to her retirement.
Brenda spent her life supporting her children and grandchildren in their various sporting activities and interests. She was an avid Cleveland sports fan! However, the greatest passion in her life was her family and husband of 58 years.
She is survived by her children; Thomas Anglin Jr. of Fort Myers Florida, Jeff (Jen) Anglin of Sandusky, Ann (Craig) Manner of Bellevue, and Mary Sue (Matt) Yaratch of Sandusky. 10 grandchildren; Shana (Joey) McCormick, Paige Fresch, Adam Manner, Alex (Laura) Manner, Jordan (Cody Ratliff) Fraley, Luke (Kayla Draper) Fraley, Kelsey (Mike) Meyer, Jacob (Renee Walden) Yaratch, Hailey Yaratch and Ella Yaratch. 4 great-grandchildren; Cooper, Brody, Giuseppe and Mazzy, as well as, numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded death by her beloved husband, Thomas (February 26, 2020); two siblings James and William Brown.
It was her wish to be cremated. The family will receive friends on Monday afternoon, June 21, 2021, from 3 pm until time of the memorial service at 5 pm at the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Deacon Bill Birch of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church officiating.
