Teri Ann (Alton) Lawson

Teri A. (Alton) Lawson, 66, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully late Friday evening, March 2,2018, at her home after a long battle with cancer.
   Born on October 26, 1951, in Sandusky, the daughter of Frank Edward and Emma Teri (Deme) Alton.  She was a 1969 graduate of St.Mary's Catholic High School.  Teri loved her grandchildren and her family and she especially enjoyed spending time caring for them and attending their many activities.
   Teri is survived by her best friend and daughter, Christy A. (Kenny) Whitcomb; three grandchildren, Emily, Frankie and Zack; her sister, Mary Ann Alton; and her companion of nearly 25 years, Joel Stout, all of Sandusky.
   She was preceded in death by her parents.
   At her request, no visitation will be held and cremation has taken place.  It was her wish to have a "Celebration of Life Party," which will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2018, starting at 2:30 pm at The Brass Pelican Varsity Club, 414 W. Perkins Avenue, Sandusky.
   If you wish, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her memory to her family.
