Patti Sue (Kardotzke) Geary

   Patti Sue Geary, 62, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully early Sunday evening, August 13, 2017, surrounded by her family in the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
   Born on May 6, 1955, in Sandusky, OH the daughter of Vernet August and Flora Mae (Pfaff) Kardotzke.  Patti was a 1973 graduate of Margaretta High School.   She will be remembered as a great cook and had worked, over the years, at various places in the local area as a cook.  She loved all types of animals and leaves behind her parrot, "Sunny" and her dog, Cookie."
   Patti is survived by her husband, Michael A. Geary, whom she married on March 17, 1999; three sisters, Sandy Stewart of Sandusky, Jo Ann Curless of Clyde and a special sister, Karen Kardotzke of Sandusky; and many nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Donna Clouse and Verna Moore; four brothers, Vernet "Butch" Kardotzke, Ronny, Richard and Jack Giedeman; her first husband, Frank Casey; and her second husband, John Sanders.
   At her request, no visitation will be held and cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.
   The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her memory to one's favorite charity.
   Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
