Lucille M. (Ortolani) Crawford, 87, of Sandusky, passed away early Wednesday evening, January 24, 2018, in the Providence Care Center, Sandusky, after a lengthy illness.
Born on June 12, 1930, on Kelleys Island, OH, the daughter of Joseph and Angelina (Franketti) Ortolani. Lucille was a homemaker and a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
She is survived by a sister, Sylvia Anders; and a brother, Carl (Monica) Ortolani, both of Sandusky; and nieces and nephews.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Crawford on October 31, 1988; a sister, Gloria Herzog; a brother, Frank Ortolani; and two brother-in-laws, George A. Herzog, Jr. and John R. Anders.
At her request, visitation and funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 510 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870.
Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.
