Henry Fuentes, 75, 535 Tiffin Ave, Sandusky, passed away Friday morning, October 8, 1999 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born February 7, 1924 in Brady, Texas. He was a U.S. Army Air Corp. veteran of World War II. He worked for Dodge Main for 18 years in Detroit and later retired from Plastic Colors, Sandusky, where he worked for 12 years. He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Patty A. (Lorton) Fuentes of Sandusky; one daughter, Sonja Fuentes of Detroit; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Frederick (Michele) Shawver of Lorain; two sisters, Shella Fuentes and Esther Luna, both of Texas; one brother, Rudy Fuentes of Texas; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Juanita Fuentes; one sister, Lila Fuentes. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until services at 3 p.m. Tuesday at David F. Koch Funeral Home, 520 Columbus Ave, Sandusky. The Rev. Phillip Suehr will officiate. Entombment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Huron.
