Benjamin R Widman

Benjamin R. Widman, 29, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday afternoon, October 12, 2019, at his home.
   Born on November 27, 1989,  in Sandusky, OH the son of Ronald Bernard and Diane Marie (Laughlin) Widman.  Ben was a graduate of Perkins High School.  He mostly enjoyed spending time with his family over the years.
  Ben is survived by his father; two sisters, Stephanie M. (Jon) Lawrence and Andrea L. McCune all of Sandusky;  his nephews, Joseph, Samuel, Mason; and niece, Scarlett: his paternal grandfather, Bernard Widman; and aunts, uncles and other relatives.
   He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Marie (Laughlin) Widman., on September 17, 2016; his paternal grandmother, Sydelle (Stetzel) Widman; and his maternal grandparents, William and Josephine (LaRose) Laughlin.
   Private family services to be held.  Inurnment to be held in the Calvary Cemetery Columbarium, 
Sandusky.
   In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to ones favorite charity.
   Arrangements are entrusted to the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Sandusky.
