Virginia Deal Obituary

Virginia Deal, 82, of Sandusky, passed away Mar 29, 2024, at The Meadows at Osborn Park, after a brief illness.

Born on September 1, 1941 to LeRoy Wagner Bunge and Lenora Clare Wendt. She was a resident of Sandusky her entire life, graduating from Sandusky High School in 1960.

Virginia’s survivors include her husband of 63 years, Chester E Deal Sr., four daughters, Barbara Deal, Sandra Deal, LaRae Saiyari of Sandusky and Connie (David) Giaco of Huron. Three grandsons, Joshua Foos, Theodore Garrett II and Jaden Garrett all of Sandusky. Three granddaughters, Adriana Giaco, Samantha Giaco of Huron and Jenna Deal of Toledo and five great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents, brother Karl Frederick Bunge, sister Carole Mae Bunge and son Chester E Deal Jr.

At her request cremation has taken place and she will be laid to rest in Oakland Cemetery where at that time the family will have a private celebration of life. Again at her request there will be no open service held.
