Daniel Joseph Beese, Sr., 35, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly early Friday afternoon, March 8, 2024, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky.
Born on June 22, 1988, in Sandusky, OH the son of Richard George and Catherine (Barone) Beese. He was a 2006 graduate of Perkins High School. Daniel was one of a kind, nobody quite like him. His laugh was infectious and could make any one smile. He had a "BIG HEART" and would help anyone if they asked. Daniel was a cook having worked over the years at The Great Wolf Lodge, the Castalia Trout Club, Bay Harbor and later at Sawmill.
Daniel was an avid Browns fan and enjoyed traveling to see his friends. He loved learning how to play new instruments and was a master at "Guitar Hero." Daniel was a great cook and made a mean Mac and Cheese. But most of all he loved being a dad. He enjoyed spending time with his son, Daniel, Jr., they were two peas in a pod, going to the park to play, playing pokemon go, taking his faithful dog, Leia, for a ride or walk or just hanging out side by side. He was definitely one of the good ones taken way to soon. Daniel will be truly missed and will be forever in our hearts.
He is survived by his son, Daniel J. Beese, Jr.; his parents; a brother, Nathan (Linda Winland) Beese; a sister, Jessica (Scott) Eckert; three nieces, Sophia, Josephine and Avery; two nephews, Teaghan and Noah; his companion, Kelly Cherry and her son, Alex; and several aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Daniel was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rosario and Josephine (Buscema) Barone; and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Marion (Brownell) Beese, Sr..
