Dow J. "Joe" Weaver, Jr., 52, of Sandusky, passed away unexpectedly late Tuesday evening, March 28, 2017, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky.
Born on October 13, 1964, in Sandusky, the son of Dow Joseph and Judith Estella (Newlun) Weaver, Sr.. Joe was a 1982 graduate of Perkins High School.
