Robby V. "Rob" Natole, 58, of Vickery, late Tuesday afternoon, April 11, 2017, has completed his final journey and crossed the finish line with checker flags waving!
   Born on October 1, 1958, in Bellevue, OH the son of Anthony and Lucy Elizabeth "Betty" (Rowe) Natole.  He was a 1977 graduate of Sandusky High School.  Rob had worked for Asher Bros. Auto Parts for 15 years and later retired from O'Reilley Auto Parts in 2016.
   Rob maybe best known as long time pit steward at Sandusky Speedway, Attica Raceway, Fremont Speedway and Norwalk Raceway Park.  He also was responsible for running the pit area for almost every speedway that Larry Boos has been associated with.  Rob started working with Larry Boos when he was 13 years old at Sandusky Speedway.  Rob has worked every job associated with the running of a race track.  Rob owned his own traveling 305 Sprint Asphalt Series-S.A.S.-that visited 10 Mid-American Regional tracks along with tracks in Lake Erie, PA and Ft. Wayne, IN for nine years.  Before becoming ill Rob was a race director at Sandusky Speedway.
   He was a member of first Baptist Church in Norwalk and the Sandusky Orioles Club.
   Rob is survived by his wife, Debra L. (VanVlerah) Natole, whom he married on September 10, 2011; a daughter, Jamie (Brenden) Do of N. Ridgeville; four sisters, Trudy (Bill) Glass, Linda "Kay" Blake and Susan Wade, all of Sandusky, and Kimberly Port; a brother, Dwayne (Vickie) Port of N. Tonawanda, NY; a step-mother, Shelby (Jim) Hurst of Huron; and nieces and nephews.
   He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, James W. Blake (Vietnam 1969).
   At his request, cremation has taken place.  We invite you to join the family in celebrating Rob's life on Monday, April 17, 2017, from 4-8 pm at the David F. Koch Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky.   A memorial service will be held Tuesday morning, April 18, 2017, at 10:30 am at the funeral home.  Rev. Douglas Neubauer and Dr. Paul Lamb officiating.
   At Rob's request, memorial contributions should be made out to First Baptist Church, 67 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857, with a notation that is for Rob Natole Memorial, to be used for the Bible Translation Project of David and Tiffany Lamb in New Guinea.
